My name is Molly and I am a passionate food lover, creative innovator, and intuitive thinker. As a graduate from Indiana University, I created this blog as part of a final project to my Individualized Major titled "Therapeutic Nutrition and Holistic Medicine". Over the past 8 years, I have been creating nutritious recipes that help promote health and lead our planet to better sustainability. I hope to inspire other students and the community to re-evaluate what's on their dinner plates and become conscious consumers in our western influenced society.
Currently, I am in my second year of medical studies at the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon (http://www.ncnm.edu) to pursue my career as a Naturopathic Physician (ND) and Licensed Acupuncturist in Classical Chinese Medicine (LAc). I'm enjoying learning about food as medicine and how we can impact our health using natural methods that have been proven effective for over 2000 years.
